Approve Your Design

Once you have placed your order with us, please forward your logo in high-resolution (preferably in PDF, AI, or EPS vector format) via email so we can create a mockup for your initial approval. In many cases, we will also manufacture a sample bag for your final approval.

Production Begins

Once you approve the design, we’ll start the production process. To get started, we require a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due upon delivery. We will verify your contact details, including your mobile number for tracking notifications and the designated contact name for delivery sign-off.

We make sure your custom bags are delivered quickly with our 14-day express delivery, ensuring they arrive exactly when you need them, on time and ready to go.

Description

Our paper bags are typically made from 180 GSM, 200 GSM, 210 GSM, or 250 GSM white or brown kraft paper. You can select the paper thickness and size that best suit your needs.

We also offer a range of custom handle options, including:
• Cotton webbed handles
• Three-strand rope handles
• Paper-twisted handles
• Ribbon handles
• Other styles upon request

Additional freight charges may apply for remote areas.

2880–2889, 4454–4499, 4694–4802, 4803–4999, 5201–5749, 7020–7799, 7151–7154.
If applicable, we’ll contact you to confirm and add the delivery surcharge before finalising your order.

If delivery isn’t available, we’ll refund your payment within 3 business days.

The jute grocery carry bag comes in four everyday sizes: 25 × 25 cm, 31 × 27 cm, and two 19 cm-gusset options in landscape (36 × 32 cm) or portrait (32 × 36 cm) format. It is made from 420 g/m² natural jute with an internal PE lamination, a sturdy, reusable option for supermarkets, farmers' markets and organic stores. Your logo can be printed in one colour on both sides or two colours on one side.

What is the difference between the 36 × 32 cm and 32 × 36 cm sizes?

They hold a similar amount, but 36 × 32 cm is wider (landscape) and 32 × 36 cm is taller (portrait). Choose based on your artwork and the items you pack.

Does the jute bag resist moisture?

The internal PE lamination helps protect the inside of the bag from moisture, although jute itself is a natural fibre.
