Sourcing and Quality Control
For this project, our client wanted a professionally presented welcome pack that would leave a positive impression on new students. Rather than simply selecting the lowest-priced products available, our team in China invested significant time in evaluating suppliers, testing products, and comparing quality to ensure the final result met the client’s expectations.
To identify the most suitable eraser, we reviewed and tested samples from 10 different manufacturers. We also sourced samples from 6–7 pencil and sharpener factories, carefully assessing writing performance, durability, sharpening quality, and overall consistency. Only after completing this evaluation process did we finalize the products used in the stationery kits.
Custom Pencil Case Production
The pencil cases were manufactured using premium Oxford fabric and decorated with high-definition heat transfer printing. Throughout the design process, we worked closely with the client to refine the artwork, colors, and layout until every detail met their requirements. The final result featured vibrant colours, sharp detail, and a professional finish that accurately reflected the client’s branding and delivered a photo-quality appearance.
Project Delivery
From sourcing and testing pencils, erasers, sharpeners, and pencil case materials through to manufacturing, printing, assembly, packing, and final quality inspection, the entire project took approximately one month to complete. Every component was carefully selected, inspected, and assembled to ensure a consistent and professional presentation. The completed welcome packs were delivered ready for distribution to students and received very positive feedback from the client.

Recently, I was contacted by a Chinese-Australian businessman who has lived in Australia for more than 20 years. He was not only exhibiting at the Sydney Energy Exhibition but was also helping organize participation for several Chinese energy companies.
