Based on your sample and requirements, we will provide a formal quotation, including embroidery or printing options. With our own clothing manufacturing facility, we can source your preferred fabrics, customise sizes, and deliver high-quality printing or embroidery to match your exact needs.
The minimum order quantity for custom-made T-shirts, polos, shirts, pants, uniforms, and workwear is 50 units per order.
For larger quantities, we offer more competitive pricing, helping you maximise value and reduce your cost per unit.

We offer professional in-house design services—valued at AUD $100 + GST—completely free of charge. Our team will refine your artwork and create a detailed mock-up to ensure you are 100% satisfied before proceeding to a pre-production sample.
There is no setup fee for standard silk screen printing. If printing plates are required for full-colour designs or woven polypropylene bags, the costs will be clearly specified in your quotation.
For silk screen printing, the print area typically covers up to 70% of the bag. Larger print areas, full-coverage printing, or solid background designs may incur additional costs.
For woven polypropylene bags, multi-colour designs are recommended. We charge approximately AUD $0.03 + GST per colour (up to 4 positions).
For silk screen printing, additional colours and extra print positions may incur a cost ranging from AUD $0.05 to $0.10 per unit, depending on the order quantity.
Please provide your artwork in high-resolution PDF, AI, or EPS format. Files created in Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW are preferred for best results.

No, JPEG previews are provided free of charge as part of our standard order process.
Once you confirm that you would like to proceed, our in-house professional design team will prepare a detailed digital mock-up for your initial approval.
After you are 100% satisfied with the design, we will arrange a physical sample to be produced and provide you with high-resolution photos via email for your final approval.
We will not commence mass production until we have received your formal order confirmation.
Yes, we guarantee that all mass-produced items will match the approved pre-production sample in terms of quality and specifications.
If there are any manufacturing defects, claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Once verified, we will provide full replacements for any faulty items.
