1.How can I get a quote?


Select your non woven bag style from our product catalogue page; complete the Quotation Request Form detailing your order: including bag colour, size of printing, quantity, business address and contact details. This information is very important to help us calculate the costs of your bags. If you need your bags within 2 to 4 weeks for an upcoming event, please call us for honest advice as to whether this time frame is achievable.

 

Our quotations are given based on our standard size bags only if you wish to change the specifications of the bags including size, width, height, length or gusset please contact us to change the bag specifications to suit your needs.

2.What is the fastest turn-around for urgent orders?

The fastest turn-around is only 14 working days after mock up approval. To avoid any delays, please approve the quotes and mock up ASAP. In the meantime, please give us your physical address for delivery with a contact number and contact person.


We will not issue you an invoice for urgent orders in the same week. Instead, an invoice will be issued in the following week. In this case, please do not worry about the payment for urgent orders once an order is placed.


Urgent orders will be placed immediately after mock up approval in order save time and to ensure your delivery is within the promised timeframe.

 




3.Can you print multiple colours in multiple positions for urgent orders?


Yes! We can print multiple colours at multiple positions for urgent orders. The lead time will only be 14 working days - guaranteed!





4.How long will it take if I need full image printing for my urgent orders?

For full image printing onto your bags, the fastest turnaround is 3 to 4 weeks from mock up approval. Please note that for any urgent orders, there will be an extra cost involved. By placing an order 8 to 9 weeks in advance, you can save these costs.

 




5.How thick is the non woven fabric?


Non Woven Poly-Propylene (NWPP) is classified in grams (gm) - the higher the number the thicker the material.


By visiting Woolworths, Officeworks or Coles you will be able to see non woven shopping bag samples made from non woven polypropylene fabric.

7.What will affect the price of my bags?

Bag style choices - big gusset, larger sized bags with cross stitching handles down to the bottom are more expensive options.
Turn Around Time - Faster turn-around time incurs extra costs.
Quality of non woven fabrics - Quality of non woven fabrics can vary greatly in the market, Non Woven Bags Direct guarantees superior non woven fabrics used in all of their products.
Quality of finishing - All of the products produced by Non Woven Bags Direct Australia meet quality control standards.
Printing methods – Printing one color at one position is the most cost effective method.  Photo quality images are more expensive.
Thickness of non woven fabrics – The fabrics used by Non Woven Bags Direct Australia varies from 80 gsm to 120 gsm in thickness.

Please note:


Printing costs vary according to the application method used, the number of colors in your print design, the number of print positions and the coverage of print area.


Metallic colors, thicker inks and full printing with large coverage on the bag surface can be processed at an additional cost.


Full colour heat transfer printing with photo-like results is available at an additional cost. Minimum order quantity is 5000 units for Heat Transferred Printing.

10. What is a gusset?


A gusset is the rectangular fabric insert at the sides or base, along the two seams of a bag that give it depth for extra holding space. All bags except the heavy-duty shopping bags are available without gussets.

12.Can I order bags with my own design or specifications?

If you cannot find the right style or size from our product catalogue, please send us the specifications and requirements of your dream bag including choice of fabrics (non woven, cotton, calico, canvas, nylon, paper, jute or polyester etc), logo or pattern required to obtain a free quotation.


Alternatively, you can send us a sample bag and we will email you the quotation shortly after.

 




13. I want to get my promotional bags made with quality non woven fabrics and quality printing, but I have limited budget. What should I do?


Generally speaking, we use 80 g/sm or 100 g/sm non woven fabrics for our standard products. Lighter or heavier fabrics can be used upon request. Weight of fabric, style of bag and printing methods is primarily a budgetary consideration and we will work with you to keep within your budget to make your dream bag a reality.


Other competitors may offer you lower prices; however you may not be guaranteed quality products. When ordering with us you can put your mind at ease knowing your bags will be of highest standards. Simply send us your target price and we will try our best to match it without compromising quality.

 




14.What is the normal delivery time for Australian and New Zealand customers?


Please allow 6-9 weeks from sample approval & deposit receipt for delivery to most major cities in Australia and most International Ports in New Zealand.?


Every effort is made to deliver orders within the quoted time frame, however due to the nature of importing, factors such as weather conditions, logistics, customs and the time of the year that are beyond our control may lead to delays. We accept no responsibility for circumstances out of our ability to control.?


Please allow an extra 2 to 3 weeks for deliveries in the months of July, December and during the Chinese New Year holiday as our workers take at least 2 to 3 weeks holiday for Spring Festival in China.

Please take all these into consideration. Placing your orders ahead of time is always a good idea.

 




15.If I am running out of time for my event what should I do?


You may wish to save one or two weeks by replacing the pre-production sample with some JPG photo files of the completed sample. These photos show your manufactured bag with front and back views and also with a close-up of the artwork printed on your bag.? Please check carefully and approve via email promptly for the fastest delivery.


Having your artwork or logo ready in high PDF resolution, providing quick approval of the initial mockup and completed sample in JPG photos, and promptly sending your remittance advice will most certainly speed up your orders.

 




16. What colour can I order for my non woven bags?


For non woven bags, we have 39 colours of non woven fabrics in stock; for cotton & canvas bags, we have 65 colours of cotton & canvas fabrics in stock.


For orders of over 20 000 units, you may choose from any colour for your bags in the Pantone Matching System (PMS) range.

17. Do you charge a fee for artwork or set up?


Our quotes have included all artwork set-up fees. We are more than happy to discuss with you the positioning of your artwork in order to get it perfect right from the start. Within two days of placing your order, our dedicated professional graphic designers will present you with a layout of your bag in PDF file for your initial approval before we proceed with a pre-production sample bag.? Let us know if you should require any changes. Artwork fees and sample set-up fees may apply if an order is cancelled.

 




18.What is your artwork requirement?


Ideally artwork requirements are?originally created?from?Illustrator or Corel?Draw or in AI format.

Please also supply your artwork in high resolution PDF. To achieve optimal printing results, please provide us with the PMS colour code if your logo is other than white or black.

 




19. What are the payment terms and conditions?

We accept direct deposit, electronic transfer, cheque, BPAY and credit card. Please note that payments made with credit card will incur a 0.38% (of payment value) surcharge + GST.


Please note that an invoice will be issued a few days after an order has been placed.
Cancellation fees may apply after an order has been placed or it is an urgent order.





20. Can I have a sample before placing an order?


If you are keen to proceed to order after receiving our quotation and wish to see a sample bag to see the quality of our bags please confirm your postal address.
Please note that the sample bag been sent out is randomly selected, the bags specifications may vary as it is not the final pre-production product.





21. What happens if I received some faulty products?


We have experienced staff to inspect all bags during fabric selection, sewing, printing and the manufacturing process to ensure they reach our high quality standards.?Faulty claims should be submitted to us as soon as goods have been received.

We can custom make bags with other fabrics like 210D or 600D polyester, canvas, cotton or polypropylene fabrics. Please contact us with your specific requirements. 24. What is the minimum order for polo's, shirts and sportswear? What is the lead time for custom made clothing?


The minimum order for custom made clothing is at least 500 units. The turnaround for urgent orders with your logo embroidered at multiple positions is 3 to 4 weeks. If you wish to save money, please plan your event about 6 to 9 weeks in advance to place a normal order which will save up to $ 1.00 per piece of clothing.


For polo's, shirts and sportswear, our minimum order is 500 per style. Our polo shirts and sportswear are custom made and of very high quality. We only target customers who care about quality clothing.





25. What if I cannot find the style clothing I like from your catalogue or website? I have my sample clothing, can you custom made it for my company?


If you cannot find the one you like from our website, simply send us an image of the style you need and we will send you back a quote for your unique clothing style.


We are the manufacturer, so we are able to custom make the clothing to your company's specific needs. Generally speaking, the sample fee is AUD 200 for making the sample clothing for your final approval. This cost is deductable from your total order.
